[BLOCKER — requires counsel] This page is a placeholder structure only. Every substantive clause below must be drafted and approved by legal counsel before publication.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you submit one of our contact, feasibility, or application forms:
- Identity & contact — name, company, email address, phone number, and country.
- Farm & operational data — industry, bird count, manure produced per day, current waste method, project interest, and any free-text message you provide.
- Application files — CV and cover-letter uploads submitted through our careers and application forms.
- Passive & technical data — cookies and analytics data collected as you browse. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] Exact enumeration, plus any additionally collected technical data (IP address, device, session identifiers), must be confirmed by counsel.
2. Purpose of Processing
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] We use the data above to respond to feasibility and contact inquiries, process job applications, route leads to the relevant sales or HR team, send confirmation emails, and segment records in our CRM. The precise purposes per data category require counsel review.
3. Lawful Basis
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] The lawful basis for each category of processing (consent, legitimate interest, or contractual necessity) is jurisdiction-dependent. This site serves visitors in Malaysia, Uzbekistan, and internationally; counsel must confirm which regime(s) apply and whether a jurisdiction-specific rider is required.
4. Retention
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] Retention periods per category (lead data, application/CV data, and email logs) are an open decision — no retention schedule exists yet and must be defined with counsel.
5. Third Parties & Processors
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] We share data with processors including our transactional email provider and CRM provider, plus file storage and analytics vendors. The final sub-processor list, and any cross-border transfer clauses covering data leaving your region, must be confirmed by counsel.
6. Your Rights
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The jurisdiction-correct list and the process to exercise these rights must be confirmed by counsel.
7. Contact
[BLOCKER — requires counsel] The data-controller contact block — registered legal name, registered address, and privacy/DPO contact — is not yet on file and must be provided by counsel. In the meantime, general questions can be directed via our contact page.
